Questions, bug reports or a clue you think is wrong? Email cptech611@gmail.com. Please include your device model and the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings in the app). For a clue, include the puzzle name and the clue number.

Lost progress after reinstalling? Progress is saved only on your device, so deleting the app also deletes it.

Daily Mini didn't change? It changes at midnight in your local time zone.

Bought Remove Ads on another device? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple or Google account.

New packs not showing? New puzzles download in the background when you're online. Open the app with an internet connection and give it a minute.
