The app is provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer it, or copy its puzzles, except where the law allows.

The optional Remove Ads purchase is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple or Google account. It removes full-screen ads; the small banner stays. Refunds are handled by the store you bought it from, under that store's policies.

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including lost game progress.
